Highly Recommended, from enquiry to booking Fleur at Alpine Resort Nannies was extremely helpful, all information was clear and I was reassured my children would be in great hands.
Robyn our nanny could not do enough for us, she was absolutely fantastic. Took on every instruction and got on with it. Robyn and my daughter (2.5 yrs old) played games, made crafts, did easter egg hunting, went on walks and played at the park. All while looking after my son (9 months).
Each morning Robyn finished the shift by getting on the bus with the kids, to the bottom of the bubble where we would meet for the handover. This allowed me to take the kids up the mountain with ease and have lunch with all the skiers (we were a group of 20!) which they loved.
My daughter spent the afternoons asking me where Robyn was, and has asked after her many times since being back in the UK.
Robyn turned my what should have been crazy hectic holiday into a holiday.

We had a great week. Ben was an instrumental part of that. It’s always a worry when you leave your children with someone new. We knew from the first morning we met Ben that our kids were in the safest of hands. He was so incredibly good with them, he was so laid back and nothing was ever too much trouble. Gene was so excited to have a man for once and Ben lived up to his expectations. He really did make our holiday extra special. We wish he was a regular every season as we’d definitely want him back with us again.
Wish him our best and please know that you have an absolute diamond there. Would love to see him again on your books in the future.

I have no hesitation in recommending Alpine resort nannies, and in particular Philippa, who looked after our grandson so well in March 2024.
The flexibility shown when we were booking was incredibly helpful, and we were able to choose a particular time slot that worked for us.
Philippa was a very experienced nanny and came with lots of new toys to distract our grandson. Who instantly bonded with her.
We hope to return to Les Gets next year and will have no hesitation in contacting Alpine resort nannies and hoping that Philippa is still around too!”

A belated, but big, thank you, for organising Ben for our ski week. He was lovely, and so great with the children. Having Ben made such a huge difference to our week – we were able to ski together for the first time in years! I also really appreciated the way your enquiry and booking service worked – it seemed to make it all very straightforward, which is always helpful!
We are just trying to get our ducks in a row for a possible return trip next Feb half term 2025, so will get in touch!

We were so overwhelmed by how fantastic Beth was. We felt safe and reassured knowing she was looking after the three boys and for the first (and only) time, our youngest didn’t scream when I left. They had so much fun making hot chocolate, playing games, sledging, going in the hot tub, crafting, reading and spending time at the park and the woods. Thank you

We just wanted to say thank you for everything last week. Our nanny Kerry was superb with our little girl Olive. She had the best time: lots of play, fresh air and she even managed some decent sleep (which normally isn’t a strength of hers).
Kerry was always prompt, friendly and had a lovely way about her especially with Olive. It enabled us to have a great holiday and meant leaving Olive for the first time was made easy and effortless as we knew she was in good hands.
We will definitely be using your services again, from start to finish we were most impressed. We would certainly recommend you to all our friends. Thanks again for everything.
Thanks Fleur for helping us again to have a wonderful time in Les Gets. We knew instantly when we met Sinead that she would be a great nanny and indeed, even within the first 5 minutes our 3 year old daughter had climbed onto her knee for a cuddle!
Sinead arrived fully equipped with enough bits and bobs to fill our chalet with wonderful home made arts and crafts which our 3 and 5 year olds particularly enjoyed. That said, they still found plenty of time for fresh air and fun outside. The children enjoyed the train ride round the village, a bus journey to the park on the slopes and softplay in the snow and our lively son was suitably tired enough at bedtime each night to ask to go to bed!!
Sinead prepared lunches and snacks and was fully relaxed and in control when our little girl felt poorly on the first day. Sinead showed initiative when we asked to meet her early one day so that we could take the children for a go on their skis, she packed a rucksack with everything they might need without being asked.
All in all we had a great time skiing knowing that the children were in safe hands and enjoying their holiday. Thanks again and hopefully we’ll see Sinead next year.
Our little one loved Jody! She settled really well straight away and had great fun throughout the week. It was such a relief to have someone so caring looking after our daughter. We will definitely be in contact again next year if we need help. Please pass on our thanks to Jody. She was brilliant!
